I took this photo in the mountains where I live. My whole life I've been surrounded by redwood trees, and I've decided to go out and take some photos of the beautiful redwood trees and paint them. I was inspired of a professional landscape artist named Michael James Smith, he paints very beautiful paintings and shows realism in each of his artwork.
